What other managers don't have
Loungers, cots, golf and transfers. From the same house.
I run my own beach and baby equipment rental company. Your guests arrive to a cot already set up, or with an airport transfer, and it shows in the reviews.
Long-term rentals
I also manage long-term rentals.
In Estepona I manage two long-term rentals: tenant selection, contracts, collections and follow-up. If you prefer that route, we can talk about it too.

Who is behind this
There is no call center behind CostaSol: there is me.
I'm David. I trained in London, worked in Germany and ended up on the Costa del Sol, through hotels like Reina Victoria, The Montcalm at The Brewery, THE FLAG and La Duquesa, in reception, front and back office. Many years in the trade, and I'm still learning every season.
I deliberately work with a small number of homes. I live nearby, I can handle check-ins personally when needed, and I check each property before a guest arrives. When you get in touch, you deal directly with me.
